PCB Fabrication

We take up PCB fabrication of 2 to 32 layers with mimimum of 4/4 design rules. The maximum finished board size will be 546 X 622 mm and the thickness will be 0.8 mm to 3.2 mm. And minimum drill size capability is 0.2mm. Solder mask colour can be chosen by the customer. We can provide with Green, Blue, Red, White and Black. The Silk screen colour will be selected from Yellow, Black and White.The surface finish of the board may be Nickel / Gold plating, HASL, ENIG, OSP, Immersion Silver, Carbon oil etc. Substrate material is used for laminate is FR4. For any special material to be used you have to contact us with data sheet. We will strictly follow the instructions given by PCB designer in Fabrication drawing. We manufature all the PCBs with IPC standards recommended. Therefor you have to supply your Gerber Data with all the information required in Fabrication Drawing. Incomplete information may delay the production process. In case of inferior design production will be taken with special permision from the customer. Quality and good prduce is our motto.

We also manufacture Rigid Flex and Flex PCBs. Polyimide is the substrate material used for flex PCBs which is flexible, tough and heat resistant. Surface finish of edge connectors can be done as per the customer’s inputs.
