PCB Assembly

Assembly of components on bare PCB is a part of production process. We take up board assembly of SMD and leaded components with automated pick and place, reflow and wave soldering process. We can also provide manual soldering for small quantities of boards with less density. For fine pitch and BGA components only automated pick and place is available. Soldering may be applicable with reflow or wave soldering process according to requirements. For pick and place assembly we need BOM, Bare Board, Required Components, Pick and Place data, Gerber files of top and bottom solder paste or Top and Bottom stencil.

In case customer wants to organize components for large production we will arrange with genuine suppliers.
