We do sales and import of genuine electronic components and guarantee that they have no defect or inferiority in it. They are factory packed and no chance of any kind of defect unless it is tampered.

Inner Systems ‘Returns Policy’ makes it possible for you to return a product easily in case you receive a damaged package, due to which component may damage significantly. Other than this we do not encourage return of goods.

Sales

We sell the original and genuine electronic parts and there is no question arises in the quality of goods. We pack them with original packing to reduce damage in transportation. To avoid theft and misuse of parts we do not accept cancellation or return after goods are delivered. Many times we have seen some of our products are exchanged and claimed to be wrong products. To minimize the losses we follow no return policy. It is not to discourage our consumers but to make them aware that they have to choose the right parts for their own requirements.

Return

​

In case package is damage significantly in transportation do not receive it and return it instantly to the sender. It should be returned with an original packing without tampering the labels within 4-5 days. If the box is opened and tampered there will be no return or refund will be entertained. Only for the damaged components there will be replacement but no exchange of any parts will be entertained. Please take the snapshot of damage package and post it to our email id. sales@innersystems.in. If there is no genuine proof we cannot compensate or replace it. You will need to share products images, all sides of brand box as well as products. In case of damaged product, image of damaged part to be shared.

Refund

Once any goods sold by Inner Systems cannot be taken back or refunded. Therefore the order can be cancelled before the packing and shipment is done. But once the invoice is generated and packed the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is our company policy to bring to your attention to select the right parts of your requirements before you place order. So please select your right parts carefully and place your order.

Cancellation

Once the goods are sold cannot be cancelled or returned. Cancellation can be done only before label and invoice is generated. It is our advices to our consumers please take care of your decisions before you check out.

Return not accepted

1. Products you deem no longer in need or a change of mind

2. Products that have already been used or assembled.

3. Products that have been tampered with or damaged.

4. Product becomes non-returnable if primary packaging is found open before installation.

5. The seller or brand has mandated a no return policy; please refer to information on product page before making a purchase.
